Pizza with a filling meatball topping
Preheat oven to 425 degrees,
Spread dough out onto a rectangular pan with EVOO on bottom of pan.
Drizzle more EVOO on top of bread and sprinkle with rosemary, coarse salt
and pepper. Pierce with a fork. Bake 10 minutes and remove from oven,
keeping oven turned on.
Meanwhile, brown ground beef for a few minutes. Add onions and garlic,
crumbling beef. Season the meat with salt and pepper then work on the
tomato paste. Stir in the parsley, cheese and oregano.
Top crust with meat topping, working all the way to the edges of the crust.
Arrange cheese over the entire pizza.
Return the pizza to the oven until golden, another 10-12 minutes.
