Tart with gorgonzola and slow cooked onions
Melt the butter in a large pan, add the onions and cook over a low heat, stirring occassionally until golden and very soft (30 mins). Cool
Preheat oven to 200. Roll out pastry to a large square. Bake for 10 mins.
Mix the egg and onions. Stir in cheese. Season. Spoon onto tart and scatter over quince.
Bake 15-20 mins
