1/2 ts Onion powder
2 tb Cornstarch
1/4 ts Garlic powder
2 c Water
1/2 tb Sea salt
1/4 c Nutritional yeast
1/2 tb Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 c Tomatoes
1/4 c Raw almonds

Original recipe makes 1 servings



Blend all ingred. in blender till very smooth. Pour in 2 quart saucepan and cook on med. heat until thick, wisking constantly. Use as a cheese sauce for macaroni or on vegies or whatever you like. Preparation time: 1/2 hour Posted to fatfree digest by on Aug 18, 1999, converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
