Suggest a better descriptionDirections: Place the rinsed and drained black beans, onion, bell pepper, cayenne, egg, bread crumbs, and cilantro into a food processor. Blend well until ingredients are combined. Add more bread crumbs if needed to hold mixture together. Form four patties and refrigerate for one hour to allow them to set. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the patties and cook approximately 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Serve each patty on a bun with salsa and guacamole.
