Awesome dip for a Football Party!
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare rice as directed. Add Mexican corn and mix together. Spread the rice and corn mixture into a 9 by 13 greased casserole dish. Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning to ground beef as directed by package. Spread over rice layer. Mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Spread over beef mixture. Sprinkle with Mexican Cheese and bake 15 to 20 minutes until heated through.
