Suggest a better descriptionChop onions and then sauté onions and garlic. Add the ground beef and brown it with onions and garlic. Add carrots, potatoes, and tomato sauce. Let simmer. Sauté the raisins and chop almonds and add them to the ground beef mixture. Let this simmer until potatoes and carrots are soft. Appox. 30 minutes.
