A recipe I came up with one day when I was bored. Was inspired from my old days working at Taco Bell and making their Mexican Pizzas.
Brown the hamburger meat, drain the grease. Return beef to pan add the refried beans, garlic, about 1/2 a cup of Picante Sauce, the Onions and JalapeƱos. Mix well.
In a sheet cake pan or casserole type dish, cover the bottom with 1/2 of the tortillas dump in the beef mixture and spread the mixture around evenly dump on 1/2 of the cheese. Put the other tortillas on top, dump the rest of the Picante sauce spread it around and dump on the cheese.
Bake for about 15 minutes on 350 or until cheese is melted.
Cut, serve and top with some Sour Cream and Guacamole if you wish.
Enjoy!
