Ken's Mexican Boboli Pizza
- Fry up the carne asada, adding 1/2 the refried beans and salsa as you go. Once heated, add the sour cream.
- Spread the remaining refried beans evenly on the Boboli shell, then top with the mixture above.
- Top with shredded cheese (cheddar or American work well, but use your favorite)
- Bake according to Boboli instructions until hot and crust is done.
- Remove and top with crumbled tortilla chips and lettuce
