Basic Polenta: (from Cooking Light)
Gradually add liquid to cornmeal, bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook 15 minutes.
Make basic polenta, stir in 1 C cheese and green
onions. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spray 13 x 9 baking pan w/non cook spray. 1 layer polenta, 1 layer bean mix, 1 layer polenta. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. (I just put the bean mix down and all the polenta on top.)
