Break up chocolate and melt with milk in double boiler / microwave oven.
When cool, add well-beaten egg yolks.
Now fold in stiffly beaten whites of eggs and a pinch of salt.
Steep the biscuits in the mixture of Van der Hum and water.
Arrange the layers of biscuits each covered with chocolate mixture in a glass dish / bowl.
Garnish with chopped cream, cherries and chopped wallnuts.
