Suggest a better descriptionIn large cast iron skillet, cook n drain ground beef. Add onion n garlic n cook. Add thyme, salt, pepper, flour, worcheshire sauce and carrots, in that order. Simmer 20 minutes. While simmering, warm up mashed potatoes, ok to be thicker than normal. Add half the egg to the mashed potatoes. Spread potatoes on top of rest of ingredients. Brush top of potatoes with rest of egg. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or bubbly.
