Directions
NEVER-FAIL PIE CRUST In a large mixer bowl, combine flour, bakingpowder, salt, and shortening, blend until the mixture is crumbly, about 2minutes. In a small bowl, beat the egg well and add the vinegar and water. Pourover the flour-shortening mixture and beat until well combined, about oneminute. Form the dough into 6 balls, wrap in waxed paper and refrigerateovernight.
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
The Beef should be cut into 1/2inch cubes. **
The pork should be coursely ground. *
Brown meat set aside
In a large bowl, combine the meats, vegetables and seasonings. With a knife, divide the mixture into six piles,.
Flatten 6 balls of dough into 6 large circles, place 1 pile of meat filling in the center of each circle o fdough. Fold over dough and with a fork krimp the edges together.
Place on baking sheet pat each patty wirh hot water, than rub with butter, and if desired chili sauce and bake for 15 min at 450F, reduce heat to 350F and bake for 50 min,
Remove from oven, put on a serving plate and after sitting for 5 min, serve and enjoy.
