1,Boiling rice:1 cup of rice thoroughly with water in a bowl or a strainer.
Pour the rice in boiling water and reduce to medium heat. Cover the pot with a lid and let it cook for 20 minutes.Stir the rice occasionally while cooking to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Put the lid back on until the rice is done cooking.
2,Saute slices of pork, mushrooms, zucchini and choped broccoli with oil.
3,Add boiled rice and saute 3mins.
4,Put milk and consomme and boil 5min.
5,Sarve them in heat-resistant container and scatter shred cheese on.
6,Baked 10 minutes in 200degrees oven.
