1. Preheat oven to 450º. Drizzle the olive oil into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish making sure to evenly coat entire surface (use your hand to help spread the oil).
2. Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly to incorporate. Roll the crab meat mixture into 3/4 inch balls making sure to pack the mixture firmly. Place the balls into the oil baking dish such that all of the balls are lined up evenly in rows and are touching each of their four neighbors in a grid.
3. Roast 10 minutes or until firm and cooked through. An instant read thermometer should read 165º when inserted into the centers. Remove from oven and allow the balls t cool for 5 minutes before removing from the baking dish.
