Mint chocolate mousse/ganache/a little bit of heaven. The inside of a coconut truffle
Melt butter in a pan on low heat, measure out coconut oil, put in medium bowl. Next mix maple syrup into coconut oil (keep eye on butter just want it melted not too hot). Whenever the butter is melted mix it into the bowl. Next add the vanilla and mint. Mix well. Finally add the cocoa powder and mix thoroughly. Let mixture set in fridge. Eat straight or make truffles (or anything else people like to do with chocolate).
