Put 6 sprigs of mint in glass with 2 teaspoons of sugar. Muddle gently with the back of a wooden spoon until mixture forms a paste. Fill halfway with crushed ice, add 1 1/2 jiggers of bourbon. Dont stir. Fill rest of the way wtih crushed ice. Stick it in the freezer until the glass frosts. Garnish with mint sprigs and a straw.
