1/2 Cake tofu
1 Green onion; finely chopped
5 c Dashi; or chicken stock
1/2 c Miso
1 tb Sugar

Original recipe makes 4



Slice the 1/2 cake of tofu into 1" cubes. Bring soup stock to a boil and add the miso and tofu. Bring the soup back to a boil, turn heat down and simmer 5 minutes.
