Vegan mixed berry pie.
01. Preheat oven to 350?.
02. Mix the dry ingredients, then add the Earth Balance and mix well; this will give you a crumb topping.
03. Mix the berries with the arroeroot powder and place in a pot.
04. Cook over low heat until the berries are thawed and the mixture starts to thicken.
05. Add the cane sugar and mix well.
06. Pour mixture into the pie crust, then top with the crumb topping.
07. Bake for 40 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly before serving.
