Very rich!!!!

Ingredients

8 ounce Cream cheese; softened
2/3 cup Peanut butter
2 cup Powdered sugar
1 container Lite cool whip
9 inch Pie crust chocolate; crumb
1 cup Chocolate chips

Original recipe makes 8

Servings  

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip and pour in crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Chill 1 - 2 hours or until set.

Very simple and tasty peanut butter pie. May want to adjust the chocolate chips to achieve the look that you want. I used the full cup, and it probably would have served me better just to use 1/2 cup. It did not take long for every slice to be eaten at our weekly Wednesday Night Dinner.

I added a chocolate layer: Blend one packet of chocolate instant pudding, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 1 cup of milk. When slightly thick, fold in an 8oz. container of whipped cream. DELISH!

I made this and added chocolate drizzle on the crust before and after and it tasted like heaven!

I tasted the confectioners sugar more than the peanut butter. There are way too many recipes out there for me to give this a second try.
