Thanksgiving
Have Ready:
1 Qt. Oysters - shucked, well drained
Shallow buttered casserole dish
Mix together:
2 Cups (plus) coursly crushed saltines (1 sleeve)
3/4 cup melted butter
Place a thin layer of crumb mixture in bottom and cover with half the oysters
Pour over half of the following:
Cream, Celery Salt, Pepper, Worcestershire, lemon juice mixture
Follow with 3/4 of remaining cracker mixture, rest of oysters, rest of cream mix, and cover with remaining crackers.
Bake in 400? oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and hot. Let stand for 10 minutes.
