This is such a quick dessert dip to throw together for last minute company!! You can just about dip any fruit you like in this as well as brownie cubes, small cookies, graham crackers, cake cubes, pretzels and marshmallows!! Try alternating different choices on skewers, kabob style, and place around the dip on a platter!!
1) Scoop out all the frosting and place in a microwaveable small bowl. Set aside.
2) Blend the coffee granules and milk until dissolved in a small measuring cup or tiny bowl.
3) Add the coffee mixture to the frosting and blend well. Heat in microwave for 20 seconds, remove and stir; heat an additional 20 seconds and stir again until heated through.
4) Serve with assorted fruits, brownies, cakes, cookies, etc. mentioned above!
