Suggest a better descriptionCream butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in mashed bananas, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix dry ingredients in smaller bowl, and stir into wet ingredients. Pour into a greased loaf pan, and bake at 350 F. NOTES : I never add the raisins, but sometimes I put in 1/2 cup of nuts. Very good without either nuts or raisins.
