Delicious crock pot beef sandwiches. Great for parties. Nice alternative to sloppy joes.
Trim fat from roast. Combine all except buns in crock pot. Cook on low 8 -12 hours. Shred meat. Serve on rolls. We like to add additional green chilies on the sandwiches.
