Mix together crushed corn flakes and melted butter (for topping) and set aside
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In large pot sauté celery and onions in butter until soft.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, mixing until well blended
Spoon into 9"x13" unbuttered casserole dish and top with corn flake topping
Bake 35 - 40 minutes until bubbly
