Mom used to make these for holidays and when guests came over. There were never any leftovers! The filling is more sweet than vinegar flavor.
Cut eggs in half and place yolks in a bowl. Set egg whites aside. Mix all other ingredients with yolks in the bowl until smooth. You don't want the mixture to be too hard or too runny.
