Suggest a better descriptionWash and remove skins/stems of tomatoes and peppers. (Remember to use gloves to remove seeds from Jalepenos!) In food processor, chop tomatoes, onion and peppers. Add all vegetables and remaining ingredients in large stock pot. Stir well to combine. Bring to boil over medium heat and cook for 30-40 min or until the onions and peppers are done to your liking. Pour hot salsa into hot sterilized jars and seal with clean bands and new lids. Process in hot water bath for 30 min if pints, 45 min if quarts.
