Suggest a better description1. Mix marinade ingredients. Use About 50-60% to marinate the pork for 6-18 hours.
2. Combine sauce ingredients through egg yolk and cook over low heat. Whisk continuously until slightly thickened.
3. Remove from heat. Add cayenne, dijon mustard, tumeric, and creme fraiche. Refrigerate.
4. Remove chops from marinade. Season with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat to get grill marks.
5. Remove from direct heat and cook over medium low heat. Glaze chops with the last 40% of marinade. over the final 15-25 minutes until internal temperature is 145 degrees.
