Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray Bundt pan with cooking spray.
Mix cinnamon and sugar together in mixing bowl. Open 1 can of biscuits and break or cut each into quarters. Roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture and drop into Bundt pan, creating an even distribution.
After 1 can is done, sprinkle 1/3 nuts and chips over layer. Continue until all cans and nuts/chips have been used.
Melt butter and remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture in microwave 45 seconds. Stir and pour over Bundt pan.
Bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool 10 minutes and invert Bundt pan over a plate to flip out Monkey Bread. To serve, cut into pieces like cake, or pull of pieces with your fingers.
You can make Carmel Monkey Bread by only using 3/4 cup sugar at the beginning. At the end when melting in microwave, add 3/4 cup brown sugar.
