Suggest a better descriptionTrim all but 1/4" of fat from chops. Slash remaining fat at 1" intervals to prevent chops from curling. In a heavy skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown the chops 2 minutes each side. Add the salsa, cumin and oregano. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes at a lower temperature. Top the chops with cheese. Cover and cook one minute or until cheese melts.
