This is the perfect recipe for ribs that will fall right off the bone. Easy and finger lickin' good!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover bottom of a roasting pan with 1 cup of water and add 1/4 cup of vinegar. Mix sea salt, peppercorn and garlic. Rub all over ribs. Use as much rub as desired, making more if needed. Place the ribs on the rack inside the roasting pan, directly above the liquid. Cover tightly with foil and put in the oven, cooking for 1-1/2 hours. Then remove the ribs from the oven, take off the foil and drain. Brush ribs with the BBQ sauce, again, use desired amount. Put the ribs back in the oven or throw them on the grill for an additional 30 minutes.
