Suggest a better description1. Add all the spices, oil, and lemon juice to a zip lock bag. Put the fish in the bag and move fish around to evenly coat fish with marinade. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
2. Once it has been marinated, put a couple tablespoons of water into the bottom of your slow cooker. Remove the fish from the bag and put into the slow cooker. Cover and cook for 1 1/2-2 hours on LOW. When done, let it sit for 5 minutes, uncovered.
3. Serve
