The best quiche ever!
In unbaked pastey shell, layer ham, bacon Swiss cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion tomato, and green chile. In a small bowl, combine beaten eggs, mustard and sour cream and mix well. Pour egg mixture into pastry shell. Cover edge of pastry with foil to prevent excessive browning.Bake quiche at 450 degrees for 30 minutes or until filling is set.
