Long time favorite that doesn't require a huge amount of time.
Cook pasta as directed. In large saucepan, brown sausage; pour off fat. Add onion and green pepper; cook and stir until tender. Add pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss hot cooked mostaccioli with oil to coat. Serve with sauce, garnish as desired.
