The best dessert on a hot night!
Mix cookie crumbs and butter together. Line bottom of 9X13 pan with cookie/butter mixture (save some to decorate the top). Freeze for 20 minutes. Spread 1/2 gallon ice cream over cookie mixture. Freeze 20 minutes. Add fudge topping and freeze 20 minutes. Add Cool Whip and garnish with cookie crumbs. Freeze over night.
