Grease muffin cups or use paper cups.
Combine: Flour, Sugar, Salt, and Baking Powder. Mix well.
In another bowl combine: Egg, Milk, and oil. Mix well, add to flour mixture, and stir.
Add any fruit or spices for flavor and stir.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 18 to 20 min.
