Soak the gelatine sheets in 3-4 tbsp cold water for 5 mins.
Heat the port or wine, orange juice, sugar and cinnamon together in a pan, bring just to the boil to reduce the alcohol, then take off the heat.
Remove gelatine from the cold water. squeeze and add to the pan and stir until dissolved.
Put the orange segments into the
bases of 6 small wine glasses. Remove the cinnamon stick and pour into the glasses.
Chill and leave to set for about 4 hrs.
Top each one with a doltop of creme
fraic'he and sprinkle on a pinch of ground cinnamon.
