Suggest a better descriptionSeason chops with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with flour. Heat olive oil in large skillet then add pork chops. Cook until golden (about 4 minutes per side). Transfer chops to plate and keep warm. In same skillet, add olive oil, mushrooms, garlic, scallion (green onion) whites and pinch of salt. Cook until mushrooms begin to brown (about 3 minutes). Sprinkle 1/2 TBS flour and cook until mushrooms are soft (about 3 min). Stir in chicken broth and sour cream, bring to simmer and cook until gravy thickens. Add chops back in and any juices. Stir in scallion greens. Season with salt and pepper.
