Suggest a better descriptionPlace butter and oil in microwaveable casserole with cover. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. Add onions and mushrooms. Stir to coat; microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes. Stir in rice; cook on HIGH 3 minutes. Stir in broth; cook on HIGH 9 minutes. Stir again and cook 9 more minutes. Add salt to taste. Serve with grated parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
