My husband and I really like this recipe. It tastes a lot like the pizza from an authentic Italian restaurant.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large skillet cook meat and mushrooms over medium heat. Drain. In the same large skillet cook tomatoes, stir fry vegetables, and garlic over medium heat until boiling. Stir occasionally. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered about 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated and vegetables are very tender.
Place wrap on a very large baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes. Spread vegetable mixture over hot wrap. Top with sausage mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes more pour into cheese is melted and just starting to brown.
Be careful not to overcook wraps. I used Flatout brand.
