Suggest a better description1. Clean and rinse mussels; drain
2. In a large sauce Dutch oven, heat pesto and cream until boiling.
3. Turn down heat to medium, add some salt and lemon as needed. Taste sauce to make sure seasoned properly.
4. Add mussels. Put lid on pot and steam for 5-8 minutes.
5. Uncover and mix up the mussels in the sauce.
6. Cover and cook until ready, approximately 3 more minutes, if needed.
Serve with toasted baguette .
If you don't have a baguette, take sliced bread and brush with olive oil. Put in oven for 10 minutes at 400. If not toasted enough, put broiler on for another minute or so.
