Quick, easy delicious recipe for the meat lover and it low calorie.
Take your London Broil out of the fridge for about 20 minutes prior to cooking. Let this get to room temperature. Set your oven to broil (550 Degrees).
Mix the dry mustard and water; let set for about 5 minutes.
Lightly coat and rub the Montreal Steak Seasoning all over the top and bottom of the meat.
Take the mustard and brush the top and bottom of the steak using all the mustard. Meat should be fully covered.
Place in broiler pan and cook for 8 minutes. Flip over the London Broil and cook on the other side for 8 Minutes. This will cook the meat to a perfect Medium-Rare. If you would like more well done which is not recommended for this cut of meat add additional time.
Let meat rest about 5-8 minutes; slice and serve.
Yummy!
