Great recipe if your diabetic.
1 - Rinse fish and pat dry.
2 - Fold each piece of 13 x 10 parchment paper or aluminum foil in half crosswise.
3 - Cut into a heart shape with the fold running verticle.
4 - Open each heart shape and lie flat.
5 - Arrange lemon slices in the center of one side of each heart.
6 - Place fish fillets over lemon slices.
7 - Sprinkly evenly with dill and lemon pepper and top with capers.
8 - Fold the paper or foil over the fish.
9 - Beginning at the top of the heart, make a series of tight, overlapping folds to seal.
10 - Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
