A delicious chili recipe that's essy to make!
Saute chopped onion and bell pepper with a little garlic powder and salt and pepper until tender. Add ground beef and cook until meat is done. Drain if desired. Transfer meat to stock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Once chili is boiling, turn down heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
