I'm a huge crepes fan and from many recipes I experienced in time, this is the one I love the best.
Here is how I do the composition. I also have this often as breakfast.
Add all ingredients (except butter) in blender and blend it very well. If you don't own a blender, mix them very well to feel like a light cream..
How to cook crepes
Heat a crepe pan or 18cm (base measurement) non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Brush with melted butter to lightly grease. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of batter into the pan and tilt the pan in a circular motion, swirling the batter to evenly cover the base. Cook until the edge of the crepe begins to curl. Turn and cook until golden underneath.
If you can't turn the crepe (as is too soft), add a little bit of flower in composition and try again.
You fry it with butter. (if you don't know how to fry a crepe, please check a video online).
As a filling, you can have them plain, with sugar, your favourite Jam, Nutella, honey&bananas (one of my favourites deserts).
If you don't want to spend a lot of time cooking them, just choose a large frying pan (and that's what I do)
Enjoy!
Rry to fry them in different pans you have home. The taste is a little bit different in each. Than, you just have to remember what's your favourite pan for frying crepes.
