McIntyre Family recipe for classic Mac and Cheese
Cook Macaroni noodles according to package directions. Cover bottom of casserole dish with macaroni, top with thin slices of cheese. Continue layering macaroni and cheese in the casserole dish. Sprinkle Black Pepper on top and dot with margarine.
In a separate bowl beat the eggs and mix in milk. Pour this mixture over the top of macaroni and cheese layers.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for approximately 20 mins or until cheese begins to brown.
