Delicious for a chilly winter night. Add some crusty garlic bread and a salad!
In large soup pot or deep and wide frying pan saute the onion, zuchinni, green beans,celery, carrots in the olive oil covered for 10 minutes.
Then add the tomato sauce, fresh tomatoes and canned tomatoes, water, chicken base, thyme and basil. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Next add the can of white beans with juice and elbow macaroni.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until macaroni is done.
Enjoy with crusty garlic bread or pita chips.
