6 oz Chicken
3 tb Soy sauce
2 Stalks spring onion
1 lg Bowl boiled rice
1 Chilli
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 Clove garlic; up to 2

Original recipe makes 1 servings



Slice the chicken into bite sized pieces. Chop the garlic, pound the chilli, slice the spring onions and cut into cubes. Heat the oil, add the garlic and the chicken.
