I got this recipe from the folks who run the cafe at Neiman's original store in Dallas. It's very tasty and refreshing for a Summertime drink.
Place 6-1/2 Cups of water in a saucepan and add the cinnamon sticks, cloves, and nutmeg. Bring to a boil and then turn the heat down to low. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and add tea bags. Let steep for 3-5 minutes (depending on desired strength).
Strain the liquid into a clean saucepan and stir in the Tang and almond extract. Let cool to room temperature before transfer into a container for refrigerating.
Serve over ice in a tall glass garnishing with a thin slice of orange or lemon.
