Suggest a better descriptionBoil lobster in salted water for 10 minutes, quickly cool in an ice bath. Remove all meat from the shell & coarsely chop. Reserve all shells & body.
Combine egg, mayonnaise, mustard, seafood seasoning, chives, parsley and lemon juice. Gently fold mixture into the crabmeat, lobster and cracker meal. Form six (6) cakes. In skillet with vegetable oil sear till golden brown on both sides. Finish cooking in 350° oven till internal temperature of 165°, appox. 7 minutes.
