New York Style Cheesecake
In large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add sugar gradually, then add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 inch springfoam pan.
Set pan in larger pan with 1 inch of water.
Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours or until lightly browned around edges.
Let cool with oven door open, then refrigerate.
